Start and End are calculated automatically (shown in blue) — each row starts the moment the previous one ends, and each day's first row starts at that day's start time. Only Duration, Activity, Location and Notes are editable. The default schedule always opens and closes with Travel, with Setup Time straight after arrival and Pack Up Time as the last activity before heading home — drag the ⠿ handle to reorder, and use + to insert a new one after any row. Increasing "Number of days" above duplicates Day 1's current schedule for each new day, so you can retime/rename individual days from there; decreasing it removes the trailing day(s).
